Talent INC The Studio Handbook
Welcome to The Studio! We are known for developing well trained actors, models, singers and dancers. We strive to provide a healthy and safe environment for you or your child to achieve their goals in the industry. Our staff is well trained and professionals in their area of expertise. To be able to offer a true professional environment we must adhere to strict studio policies. We have these policies and procedures listed below. We want to welcome you to the Talent INC family.
ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE:
Enrollment in The Studio does require a $35 registration fee for a single participant or $50 for a family. This registration fee is charged upon registration and is good as long as the student stays enrolled in regular classes. If a student drops out of classes (even for a month) and then returns this registration fee will be charged again.
Tuition fees are processed automatically on the 1st day of each month. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Declined payments will result in a $10 late fee if not payed by the 10th of the month. Tuition must be current to participate in weekly classes. You are welcome to pay with cash or check but a minimum of 6 months upfront must be paid. All tuition is non-refundable or transferable. We will NOT pro-rate for missed classes. Tuition is the same each month whether it is a 3 week holiday month, 4 weeks or 5 weeks. We do not allow students to take off the months they choose not to come. Our studio is a Fall to Spring schedule.
ONE ON ONE VOCAL, ACTING, DANCE, MODELING, and AUDITION TAPING PAYMENT POLICY:
For any one on one lessons or tapings, payment is due before the class or taping is held. Cancelations or rescheduling must be done 24 hours in advance. For any no-shows or less than 24 hour notice, class will not be made up and fee will still be charged. Paying "per-visit" must be done when scheduling via credit or debit card.
CHANGING, ADDING/DROPPING CLASSES:
In the event you need to drop a class or drop enrollment completely, you must provide a 2 week written notice. Please email this notice to firstname.lastname@example.org. If email is not received 2 weeks prior to draft your card will be charged for the month. Tuition will continue to be drafted until we have received formal notification. To change from one class to another please email with the class change request. We can not guarantee a spot in another class but we will do our best to accommodate.
NO TUITION ADJUSTMENTS will be given for MISSED LESSONS. Make-up classes will be available and must be used within 30 days from the day classes are missed. If you choose to not make the class up you will not be reimbursed for time missed.
We will be closed for the following Holidays: Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, the week of Christmas, New Years Day, the week of Easter, Memorial Day and the 4th of July. In consideration of these closures, classes will be made up with the months containing 5 weeks.
