Dawn has been involved in the entertainment industry for most of her life. Her love of the stage started at a young age as a dancer and moved on to theatre productions in local community theatre. In her 20's she was a dancer and performer for Paramount Productions and opened her own dance studio. As a choreographer she has choreographed for two national tours and several music videos and numerous stage producitons. Dawn received a certificate in Broadcasting from the Carolina School of Broadcasting but her passion has always been in acting and performing. As the New Face Director for one of the Southeast's leading talent agencies she learned the art of scouting talented actors and models. Some of which are making huge names for themselves in Hollywood and New York. As the National Talent Scout for Talent INC Dawn has made connections with agencies all over the United States and is internationally known as a successful talent developer and consultant. Her former students can be seen in shows such as Modern Family, Turn, UnReal, several Disney Channel shows, Nickelodeon shows, How To Get Away With Murder, and more. Her models can be seen on runways throughout the world as well as on the covers of magazines and billboards in NY.

Dee taught acting in NYC for 8 years and is now teaching for us here at Talent INC The Studio!
She has been a working actor in New York for most of her life and recently co produced her 4th short film The Last Call in which she also co starred with Terry Alexander. This film will be honored at a ceremony in New York this March. Dee worked on SNL with Dwayne Johnson and modeled for one of Tina Knowles' clothing lines. She also teaches public speaking for corporate employees needing work on presentations.
Her passion is to encourage actors to be who they are with patience and hard work.

Devin Rickus has been in the industry ever since he was old enough to walk and talk. As the son of a dance studio owner he has grown up on the stage and in front of the camera. He has appeared in commercials for NASCAR, NASCAR Hall of Fame, Earth Fare, Avon, Family Fun Cards, Middlesex Hospital, Inspiration.net, Fred's Department Store and many others. He is one of the voices for the Your Baby Can Read Video Series and recently appeared in the movie Boy Erased with Nicole Kidman and Russell Crowe. He can be seen in the pages of Coats and Clark, Charlotte Magazine, DaniLi Apparel and advertisements for Discovery Place. His dance background is quite extensive. He has danced in music videos, many live stage shows, as back up dancer for upcoming pop star Brooke Hummel, and is currently a performer/dancer for Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando. He is always excited to bring his love of performing to people entering the industry.

Shawn Carter has been in the entertainment industry for the last 25 years. He has traveled the globe as a production singer and guest entertainer on board ships. He has enjoyed contracts with Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Oceania, Carnival Cruise Lines and Voyages of Discovery. As an actor he has booked dozens of commercials including spots for Honda, Krystal, Captain D’s , Volkswagen and Staples to name a few. Most recently, he booked the pilot of the Fox series "Shots Fired". Shawn holds a BA from Columbia College Chicago where he studied Theatre and Music. While in Chicago he studied improv with the world famous Second City, performed in roles at the Royal George Theatre, Candlelight, National Jewish Theatre, The Theatre Building and The Getz Theatre. Shawn also originated the role of “Lucky” in the premiere of “Schoolhouse Rock Live Too” at the Theatre Building and performed the role of “Jake Blues” in the Blues Brothers Rhythm and Blues Revue in Osaka, Japan for two years. Shawn has been an acting teacher for the last 15 years and has helped launch the careers of several talented young artists.

Cydney Wallace has studied vocal technique at McDaniel Studios for desk three years, trained at vocal workshops with Tony award winner Eugene
Brancoveanu, and during the summer of 2015 participated in "L Vici Montagne" which featured Daniel Witzke. She has performed as Johanna in a concert production of Sweeney Todd and has been involved in musical theatre for 8 years. Cydney was most recently seen as Sargent Sarah Brown in Guys and Dolls with the Encore Theatre Company, Cinderella in Into the Woods, and Sandy in Grease at The Cherryville Little Theatre.
Cydney is studying art and theatre at UNCC and has a strong desire to help others reach their full musical potential.

Julia moved to New York City from her small town of Mint Hill, North Carolina to attend Pace University and pursue her dreams in Broadcast. Having an acting background, she fell in love with entertainment news and interviewing during her time interning at a local news station in Charlotte. After graduating with a double Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism and Communications, Julia pursued her career while working in property management. She has been in multiple commercials, music videos, and entertainment television and radio shows. She is a regular correspondent on TMZ and is now the official Media Correspondent for Talent INC and is the New Faces Director for Evolution Talent Agency.

Corey Frye is a life-long actor, having participated in plays ever since a young age. He decided to shift his focus to film acting in high school and has been training ever since. He is an alumni of the Talent INC program. He is signed with Evolution Talent Agency and has been seen in industrials, films and commercials. He also enjoys writing and directing his own film projects. Corey brings a lot of energy and dedication to his teaching which inspires and motivates his students!

Kathy grew up singing in choral ensembles for both school and church. She went on to receive a Bachelors Degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Administration from the University of South Carolina. She has worked for the artist Mya as well as local producers/production companies needing background vocals. She recently performed alongside Jaron Strom from The Voice. She is currently performing as a Duet, Versus, and collaborates and performs all over Charlotte and the surrounding area at venues such as Rosemont, Smokey Joes, Comet Grill and lots of others. Kathy brings real world industry experience to The Studio. she will also be promoting our talent for performances in the area.

Dillon has been working professionally in the film industry for five years. He has worked on a wide range of exciting projects and productions films all over the Southeast. This includes HBO, Cinemax, 20th Century Fox, Spectrum, Comporium, NASCAR and more! These experiences have allowed him to gain knowledge in several aspects of the industry. For example; working as talent, standing-in, photo doubling, production and producing assistant, and scouting locations for film. Chloe began her acting career in 2016 and quickly signed with Evolution Talent in Charlotte, NC. She is very passionate about the industry and it shows in her work ethic and drive. She has been assisting our acting coaches and is a big asset to us at the front desk. We are happy to see what the future holds for this talented lady.

Sally Waycaster has been in the beauty industry for half of her life. After graduating from the Hairstyling Institute Roffler in Charlotte Sally became one of the most sought after barbers in the Gaston County area. Now she currently works as a successful independent stylist and will be using her incredible skills consulting with our students at Talent INC.
